Meet Our Team
Jim Fuerstenau
Jim is married with three adult children, five grandchildren and one dog named Lilly who joins him in the office nearly every day. Jim enjoys a wide range of activities including golfing, using spreadsheets, and public speaking. He also operates his mother's 575-acre row crop farm in Richmond, where they grow corn, soybeans, and wheat. Jim's favorite part about his role is serving others by making the complex concepts of insurance simple and easy to understand.

Ashley Burkett
Ashley and her husband, Casey, have two daughters, one dog, and two cats. Her family enjoys going to their cottage on Houghton Lake and cheering on the girls during their volleyball, basketball, and travel softball games. Ashley grew up on a Dairy Farm on the east side of the state which is now a full crop operation that is still in her family. Her favorite part about her job is meeting with clients and helping them customize their insurance plan while working with their agency team which she says is, "one of the best teams around!"

Kristi has been married to her husband for 37 years and they share three grown children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys following Michigan State sports, watching the Tigers and doing crafts. Her favorite thing about her job is assisting clients with their insurance needs. She also loves that her coworkers feel like family.

Tara Deroos
Tara is married and shares her life with her husband, daughter and their husky. She loves spending time outdoors, camping and making the most of family time. She also loves to watch Michigan State basketball. What she enjoys most about her job, is helping clients find insurance policies that fit their needs. She takes pride in managing all the details behind the scenes, so the process is easy for them.

Jan loves spending time with her three adult children and values staying closely connected with them. One of her favorite activities is going estate sale shopping with her daughters, where she enjoys the thrill of finding unique treasures together. Jan finds fulfillment in serving her clients and building meaningful relationships. She also enjoys learning new things, which keeps her motivated and always growing in her role.

Tami Miller
Tami has been married to her husband since 1989 and they share 2 adult children and a grandchild. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, golden retriever, reading, watching sports and spending time at the lake. Her favorite thing about her job is helping clients and her teammates.

Chloe Endreszl
Chloe and her fiancé care for about 20 chickens, 24 ducks and a small herd of dairy cattle. Outside of farm life, she is involved with DAR and currently serve as the treasurer for the Detroit Chapter. Her favorite thing about her job is the variety of her role. It helps keep the work interesting.

Greg spends his life with his wife Amy, their two adult sons and a dog named Fanny. As a family they enjoy doing anything outdoors - fishing, hiking and camping. His favorite part about his job is getting to know people and caring for them by helping them understand insurance and making sure they are covered properly.
